　　岗位职责：
    对营销总经理负责，协助其完成各项计划任务；对中心的外呼业务进行全面的规划，完成全年有效发卡指标及风险指标等；全面负责电话营销中心内部运营工作以及团队建设，合理安排各小组的分工协作，提升人均产能和整体业绩；加强营销人员的市场意识、风险意识，提高人员综合素质。应聘要求：大专或以上学历，管理、市场营销或相关专业；年龄为28岁以上，条件优秀者年龄可适当放宽；具备丰富的团队管理经验和较强的管理能力，较强的市场策划和洞察能力；具有项目管理工作经验及两年以上呼叫中心同等职位的管理经验。
